I have 235/60/r17 ...would 235/65/r17 work on my 2004 chevy trailblazer

Yes, but you'd have to have the speedo recalibrated.

You might get away wit it if you changed all 4 to that size but that tire is slightly taller. I don't recommend using anything but the correct size. Definitely don't mix sizes.
