2004 chevy trailblazer sometimes you can go out and put key in and no power on car nothing then you boost it and it will start and will start maybe 5-10 times battery is good alt. is good

Make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight and you have a good ground at the engine block. If that is all good and everything is still dead, have the ignition switch itself checked.
