cigarette lighter fuse?

My auxiliary cigarette lighter outlets, both front and rear are not working. i cannot find the appropriate fuse. The main lighter outlet still works and is fuse number thirteen. I have physically checked the fuses in the main box and also checked the manual. Can you help me?

The fuse is in the rear fuse block (under the second row seat. I have attached a legend of the fuses. Number 46 is the one for the auxiliary power outlets. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
