2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer 04 Chevy Instrument Cluster Working S Stuck On 60

I have a 04 Chevy Trailblazer and the instrument cluster isn't working. It's stuck on 60 mph and the other gauge want work half the time either. Where's the best place to get this rebuilt and can I install and remove it myself?

check online to get it fixed there are several places. just make sure that yo have somekind of static strap that grounds YOU out when reinstalling.
