the car was stolen they cut all wires to ignition replaced all ignition.will not start or turn over checked all the fuses are good only have power To 4 way lights worK. No power to radio or wipers or turn signals

if it's been repaired correctly and all wires are hooked up in right place, try resetting security system ifyou reset it and still won't start a pro wil have to scan to see what is wrong with system to see if he can fix it.
