my 2004 chevy tahoe left rear brakedisk is worn out for the second time in 3 months

you will have to get the caliper checked as it may need an overhaul if it is sticky and binding up, also check that there is no pressure retention, crack the bleeder and see if the brake backed off when you turn the wheel, i feel that if you jack it up that wheel will be tight to turn.
