I have a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe with dual air. At times the AC in front will turn from cold to hot. Turning the vehicle off and back on normally fixes the problem for a while.
I was watching your YouTube video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eqf-H3COtSo. Is this blend door what I need to replace to fix this issue?

It may just need to have the actuators reset pull fuse ofr 60 seconds with key on then reinstall. The blend door controls temp and it's the actuator most of t he time. But resetting it may fix it.

It only blows hot on the driver side. I will try doing that with the fuse.
The rear air always blows hot. I believe the actuator for the rear air is in the back left beneath a plastic panel?
Thanks so much for the help.

Yes the rear actuator is where yousay it is. Is this thing full of Freon? But it blows cold in one place it must be.
