Just installed a rebuilt engine and water was in.

Just installed a rebuilt engine and water was in the oil and lifters. Thought I may not have torqued the headbolts correctly, so I redone everything with new headbolts (didn't change lifters again). I still have the same problem! Help

If you are still getting coolant into the oil, check to see if you have a warped head or something is cracked.

You may have messed up the intake manifold gasket.
