Have you checked the main fuses under the hood as well as the ones under the dash?

I would suspect a class 2 communications fault. The systems described have nothing common in power sourcing and grounding. They do however communicate on the Class 2 data bus. Ideally, you would need a scan tool to attempt communication with the affected systems, as well as obtain the diagnostic trouble codes that my be present. Possibilities include a class 2 circuit that is shorted to ground or power, a fault module thatis on the bus can take the system down as well. Initially, I would recommend you disconnect both battery cables andshort them together for a minute or so. Reconnect them and see if operation resumes. It could be logic lock that is causing the issue. If conditions are the same after the reboot, then you may need to seek diagnostic assistance.
