2004 Chevrolet Silverado Just Changed Spark Plugs Plug Wires Dist Cap Rotor

I just changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, dist cap and rotor. When I give full throttle, it sounds like the lifters are rattling. What could be the problem?

Your valves might need to be set. Did it have this problem before or after your repair that you did?
