clunk and squeak

04 silverado 4wd my truck makes repetative clunks as i turn left around curves in the road but not right only left turns do I don't feel anything in the steering wheel so its not the iss but I do feel it in the driver floor board and the pedals need help asap it just started squeaking now after I straightened out for a little bit

Which side would it b i check for play while it was on the ground and they both had only a little play words the tire no play in any other direction

Left possible inboard jackup check for any up/down movement and grab rotate back and forth should be no movement

while off ground check wheel bearings and steering components. are tires OEM or larger?

Larger have a body lift so i put 33" tires in it

I do know my inner tierods are a lil worn but the sound is a moving part

Maybe DIFF run off ground on jack stands have helper turn see if can locate noise source
