I have to swap transmissions, are they compatible?

I have a 2004 silverado 4.8L/4l60E that I am swapping a 2003 lq4 6.0L into...my tranny has one large rectangle plug by the PRND lever and the harness that came on my lq4 has two smaller rectangle plugs for this lever...how do I make this new harness work I need to find a way to make the harness that came with the motor i purchased work with the transmission I already have in my truck

not an easy eask as the wiring is different.

what is the issue with the other trans??

a trans shop could guide you on this, but it may require changing valve bodies.
