2004 Chevrolet S 10 Timing Rattle Only Engine 4 3 Warmed Truck Runs Great

I have a timing rattle only when engine(4.3)is warmed up.truck runs great no check engine light.I replaced cap and rotor with no difference.on cooler days rattle dissapears.what could this be

could be carbon build up in intake valves, could be failed egr system or it could be too low octane for fuel.
