I bought a 2004 chevy optra nine years ago I have had a few problems with my vehicle but it seems the most problems are electrical. My drivers side window is not rolling down anymore it would work once in a while but now it seems that nothing a do makes the window roll down anymore I was reading on line that it could be the fuse but the oher three windows roll down just fine so it cant be that is there an easy way on fixing the problem? Could the wire in the panel be loose or would u think it would be the switch and if it would be the switch would that be difficult to fix or would you just recommend to go to a car shop and get it down and if so would it be expensive to fix

Fuses do not cause intermittent problems. Once they blow the circuit is dead permanently. For intermittent operation look for broken or frayed wires between the door hinges.
