engine oil in leaking in the area where the spark plugs are. I have change the spark plugs twice now and each time I had to clean oil out of the cylinders before pulling the wire off. Car sometimes has no jam, gas pedal could be to the floor and no go, problem when in the middle of heavy traffic.

It is not a fault with the head gasket.

Replacing the valve cover gasket and plug seals should prevent oil from getting to the spark plugs. When sparks plug tubes are flooded with engine oil, misfiring would occur and that can cause the no response.

Is the Check Engine Light indicating?
