The RPMs are running to high, in park, 2000.

The rpms are running to high, in park, 2000 and in drive at 50mph 1500-2000. Checked for vac. Leaks, and o2 sensor, cleaned thrott. Body, so far, nothing has fixed the problem. What else can be done

Still need help. The idle is still too high. We have changed the iac, tps, put a vacum gauge on it, couldnt find any leaks, put it on a computer, it is Not sending any codes. Could a bad ignition switch be causing the high idle problem?
