Radiator cap and radiator and oil cap have a brownish sludge in them no oil mix and not burning oil. What could it be.

U have a blown head gasket or a crack in the heads

The oil is very clean and not mixing with antifreeze. It just has sludge so can it still be a head gasket or crack.

yes it has a small leak now.
