2004 Chevrolet Impala security, starting.

Replaced battery, and alternator ran well for 2 days and now nothing. I have dash lites, but no key up for starter. Battery lite turns red [ message center] and security flashes and keeps going after you pull key out of it. How to reset, or bypass. I don't want to remove cable from battery and lose any codes, what do u guys think?

The first steps are to charge and test the battery and all it's connections. Once started, have the charging system tested.

I checked all that stuff the first time it happened. And now this time it did it, the battery is up 12volts and nothing.

You have a problem NOW that needs to be diagnosed so now is the time these things needs to be tested.
