2004 Chevrolet Impala Right Front Blinker Will Work Sometimes 97 Blinks

The right front blinker will work sometimes and then 97% it blinks eratically in the rear but doesnt even blink on dash board, i replaced the front blinker bulb for $4

sounds like the socket is the issue. have the socket powers and grounds checked.
