When supercharger kicks in, car starts shaking. Before this it runs smooth.

ok, the supercharger itself has a set of bearings for its operation.

have you changed the oil in the supercharger as required by mileage???

it is possible the super charger has failed. remove the belt and road test to see if there is any vibration present
