Came home from a week's vacation and car will not start. Replaced battery. Still nothing. The lights go on and it does everything except start. Doesn't click or even attempt to start. Was absolutely perfect the last time we drove it a week ago. The old battery charged at auto zone but dropped down to 30% immediately, so we thought that was the problem, so we bought a new battery. Any ideas?

Thanks!

That did not work either. The lights on the dashboard don't work and have never worked (for the last 3 years), so we can't see what is coming up on there either.

check the 3 things I've pointed out in pic the fusible link should have the same voltage on both sides of it. also switch the crank relay with a like relay in fuse box if it starts its' that.
