while moving the trans cannot go over higher gears, i used a scanner and pulled these codes,p0740,p2761 and p0161. i ve verified that the downstream O2 is 0 ohms.does it have any effect on the trans.? but the other two above, i dont know how to go about it.i read from some treads that it could be, ignition switch, but my instrument cluster is functioning,i understand that p0740 and p2761 has to do with torque converter clutch solenoid circuit.how can i go about this.please i need your help.

for code 161 see if the fuse is blown for rear o2 heater circuit an dsee if wires are rubbing on driveshaft as that may be the problem or a bad O2 sensor. the other two deal with the torque converter clutch circuit so there may be a problem inside the trans with it. have a trans guy look at it.
