why after I did a complete tune up my truck is shaking r sounds like is going to stop when driving i did not to anything else I ALSO CHANGE A PART THAT GOES TO THE TIRES NOW I'M PUTTING THE OLD SPARK PLUGS TO SEE IF THAT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT N THE OLD OIL FILTER N AIR FILTER
