I think the fuel pump relay is bad

left work. got down street, started cutting out. then got to stop light, let off brake, car proceeded to go forward on its on. Stopped at next stop light, went to get on interstate, the engine stalls I think the fuel pump relay is bad can you help me find it? please help.

The relay is situated in the fuse box, engine compartment, drivers side.
