Car will not run at high idle in cold weather start up
It use to run higher idle in old weather start up and idle down
So now idle is ruff in cold weather start up for a few minutes

Try cleaning throttle plate with choke cleaern on both sides first.

I forgot to put in there to scan for codes and check fule pressure as well then check for a vacuuum leak and if it still does it then replace your engine coolant temmp sensor.

What is fuel pressure? And have you checked for vacuum leak?
