How much should labor cost to install cam bolts. Is installing cambolts considered a seperate labor charge from the allignment cost?

Cam bolts aren't always needed, but when they are, it's a one-time thing. GM couldn't be bothered to make the alignment adjustable on their cars. Installing the special bolts takes about an extra half hour and is not part of the alignment charge.
