I am back with another inquiry. I have the 2004 Chevy Cavalier 2.2 DOHC with a blown head gasket and can not afford to take it in for repair. I found on line a product that might work. Have you heard or are familiar with "Dura-Seal Head gasket Repair Treatment"? There was alot of positive feedback regarding this product and their web site was very informative. What do you think?

The claims seem to be realistic. The possibility is that you have little to lose, except that I believe that this is just snake oil. Just my opinion, try it and cross your fingers.

I saw the bars leak version at meijers today. You dont even have to drain radiator. $30 is high in my opinion but I guess they know what it cost to fix it right? Too bad it dont have a money back guarantee!

I checked out a website (hxxp://www. Seal-a-head. Com/page33. Html) and it sounds pretty good. Money back guarantee and extra bottle provided if needed! How can you lose? Well, if it dont work you wasted your time+shipping?

You might want to call and ask questions. I didn't see anything about water in oil! You probably shoulda did this before it got so bad? Does the car run alright? If it's got a bad miss then I dont know if this will do much good. You need the special formula for chevy aluminum heads.
