2004 Chevrolet Cavalier Battery won't hold charge

Changed alternator still only showing 12.00 amp battery light coming on on dash changed starter alternator not charging battery put amp test on alternator with car running still draining battery I've checked all the fuses still can't figure out why alternator is only showing putting out 1200 amp

My info says 105 amp alternator.

With everything off, do you have battery voltage at the generator bat. terminal? Also, because the pcm has control over the generator, might be charging system trouble codes? Check for codes.
