engine overheats

caprice 2004.radiator replaced, thermostat checked, fans o k,radiator cap ok,waterpump ok,overheats at all modes of engine running.
i am redy to pay 10$ if i could solve my problem with your advises

Does it overheat with heater turned on?
Is it just the temperature gauge showing or coolant overflowing out of system?
When overheating ocurs, are cooling fans working non-stop?
Any coolant losses issues?
