temp on blazer is 209

my 2004 s10 blazer vortec v6 is running at 209 degrees is this normal?

Hello,

Yes, your thermostat is most likely a 195 degree which is when it is fully open. The actual vehicle temp will be 15 - 18 degrees hotter.
