Blue smoke about once a week when I start it

With that many miles, it could be a few things. However, most commonly it is the valve seals which have broken down or gotten hard and brittle allowing oil to bypass them. If you use full throttle, does it happen?

I have never noticed it except about once a week, and only when I first start it. has not been burning oil , just had it changed couple weeks ago , will ck see if it is down any in the morning.. thanks for your response

Let me know what you find. Chances are it is what I mentioned. However, with that many miles, it could be rings or valve guides. A compression test will help answer questions.
