lost power

my caddy lost power on the way home from work friday, would not go over 15 mph. wny thought what would cause this and worst case repair cost? this is a 2004 srx, has been nothing but a lemmon since i purchased it. had to replace the engine at 76k miles. so frustrated, thanks Bill

If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned. If there is no light, check fuel pressure.
