rear air compressors are coming on but it has a real rough

i have a 2004 cadillac seville and we had some work done on it and when we got it back the rear air compressors are coming on but it has a real rough. when we are on a rough road it feels like it is hitting hard like the rear air suspension is not working properly. the air compressors come on but it doesn't have the ride it should have. we had the battery replaced and a few other things done to it and was wondering if something might be unhooked because it was fine before we had it in the shop.

Does your car have electronic suspension or just automatic leveling?

i think its just the automatic leveling

this can be tested easy.turn the key on and shift to reverse then 2 people sit on the rear bumper.you will hear the level ride compresser turn on.you should feel the car lifting up and then shut off.if no and it keeps running there is a leak.we will start here
