2004 Cadillac Escalade Ext Hi Mirrors Driver Passenger Side Will Only Fold Out

Hi -
My mirrors driver and passenger side mirrors will only fold in and out but not adjust. Any ideas??? Is it the fuse, motor???

check the fuses and breakers i have in pic then have it scanned as it cold be a module screwing up or the motor in mirror
