My trucks vibrates at any speed over 65mph and I have had the wheels balanced

When I am driving at speeds over 65 the steering wheels shakes intermently. I have balanced the tires. Will damaged rotors causr this problem?

No, but bad wheel bearings, bent rims and worn steering linkages would.
