I don't have an illustration or direction to offer, but there should be two adjusters visible from the top of each lamp. One is vertical adjustment, the other horizontal. There is a science behind headlamp adjustment that is rather involved. What works best for me, is to park it on level ground about 25 feet from a flat surface, and to adjust both low beams to about waist high or slightly under, and straight forward or slightly right. It is a bit of trial and error, and depends on what you are trying to achieve. What has happened to cause them to appear out of adjustment, is also a factor to consider.
