vehicle has heated and air conditioned seats.
The switch control lights up but no heat or air from seat

this needs to be scanned with a pro type scanner to find out what's wrong. there are three fuses under the rear seat for this if you careto check them, push don front of rear seat push back and lift up to get the seat out then check the fuses. Otherwise it could be a module and needs to be checked via cscanner
