how can i fix my headlights

I have a 2004 Cadillac deville and the headlights have not been working I cannot pop the trunk or gas cap either it seems like if u hit a bump they work

there is a bad connection somewhere. you will need someone to look at it as we cannot see, touch or feel the issue from here. sounds like something simple but needs to be tracked down.
