My remote power door locks work.

I can manually push the lock button drive, park and all the doors are unlocked. My remote doesn't work, it beeps when I push lock and closed door like it's going to work, but doesn't. I only have one key in drivers side to unlock.. Very unhandy..
Would appreciate any suggestions. thanks

check to see if the battery in the remote is good or not. they do get worn out.
