i have a 2004 buick rendezvous key is stuck in ignition how do i get it out

had to disconnect battery to shut off vechile will not turn in the off position

the barrel and key will proberbly be faulty, if one of the tumblers has dropped this will have to be replaced, it is not that hard normally to fit a new lock or just the barrel Assembly, this is best left to a lock smith to do.
