Buzzing/humming noise

I have a '04 Buick Rendezvous that makes a humming/buzzing noise that sounds like it is coming from the front driver's side. The noise comes and goes randomly, but seems to occur more often when coming to a stop or stopped for a short period of time (waiting on a red light to turn green, etc). The noise sounds similar to the air compressor running.

Maybe ABS compressor any ABS/TRAC light on?
