2004 Buick Ranier Chrome Piece Around One Front Fog Lights Fell Off T Figure

The chrome piece around one of the front fog lights fell off and I can't figure out how to get it back on so it stays securely in place. I see the slots but can't seem to get it in so that when I pull on it it doesn't come off. It is a 2004 Ranier.

they are one piece and it will probably needto be glued or epoxied on.
