HOW DO I CHANGE THE BREAKE FRONT SENSOR ON A 2004 BMW X3 AND IS THERE A RESET PROCEEDURE FOR CLEARING THE INDICATOR LIGHT DISPLAY ON THE DASH

To changer the front sensor, the left front wheel will need to be removed and the sensor is in the caliper area, inserted into the pad, its plug and play, you'll see when the wheel is off. As to the resetting procedure, replace the front and confirm both sensors are intact, turn the key to the run position, but do not start the engine. Wait 1 minute. The lamp should then go out.
