Battery was replaced and the polarity was connected wrong. After making the right correction the car would not start.I checked and replaced some blown fuses, still the car would not start. The dash lights ok. What could be the problem?

There are many electrical devices that may have been damaged. Are you getting spark and fuel to the engine?

I would start by trying to establish communication with a good scan tool and then if it will communicate, try to retrieve codes. This will give you an indication of module failure, of course other tests will need to be done but this will let you know where you stand.
