Back wheels/tires loose air. Replaced one back tire which was mounted on the OEM 5 spoke aluminum alloy w/bolt sporty bolt pattern, but it is leaking air slowly.

The tire issue needs to be addressed by removing the wheels and inflating them and then dipping them in water to find the leaks. possibly they are leaking at the beads. Are they chromed? If so, the chrome might be the cause due to peeling.
