Sometimes my padels and a gear are heavy or stiff but other times are just normal, what could be the cause of that?

This sounds strange. The only thing that really makes sense is if it happens when it is cold. When it is cold the fluid will be very thick, then when it warms up the fluid will be thinner and will make the transmission easier to shift.
