2004 Bmw 320d Fan Engine Does Stop Running Even Car Completly Off Only Remove

The fan of the engine does not stop running even when the car is completly off. it only stop when i remove the batterh terminal or the fuse of the fan. how to fix if?

This diagnosis might be for replacement of the fan, the final stage unit is in the fan itself and if it has failed, replacement of the fan is in order.
