Oil leaking from the engine

Dear, sir. I have Bmw 318i e46 2004 model with 91000m. I got problem of oil leaking from the engine and I got it repaired, but now my car is having low oil pressure, need to top the engine oil every week with a size of glass cup. Or 600 t0 700 miles. I check on the engine but no problem was conformed !

Low oil pressure is from an external leak, or worse, damage to the engine particularly in the crank where the tolerances have worn out causing low oil pressure. Try to identify if it is an external leak first. Typically however, the external leaks do not cause a loss in pressure as they are merely extra spill off/sloshing/low pressure gasket leaks.
