Just bought the car, ac is fine but heater does not work, I've flushed it with radflush but no heat. Hot water at the input, cold on the output. Any ideas?

If you are saying that when the car is at normal operating temperature and you select heat and feel the hoses at the firewall, one is hot and the other is not.....then it appears your heater core is block. You might try disconnecting the heater hoses and flushing water through the heater core and see if water will flow both ways.
