engine has a hard start when cold

Overhauled a Audi A3 with a bkd engine set the injectors engine service lights alternator,egr stays on and engine has a hard start when cold car lacks power noticed that the car does not have lambda and catalytic converter unit . What is my problem?

Get a scan done to check for trouble codes. You most probably has some components incorrectly installed or some wires are not plugged in.
